Behind Kultourissimo is Inge Hoffmann-Vaz, with her extensive experience gained from a range of different cultures and living environments.

With a degree as multilingual interpreter and secretary, she initially worked for some years for industrial enterprises in Germany and abroad. She then travelled in Portuguese speaking Africa as the specialist consultant for Africa for a large, German relief organisation, for 15 years.

Born in Southern Palatinate, she initially took former colleagues and international visitors on a discovery tour through Southern Palatinate and the neighbouring Alsace.  The enthusiasm for the tourism potential of the region grew, resulting in the desire to settle down again in Southern Palatinate and to accompany guests from Germany and abroad on special tours throughout the region.

And  voilà – back to the roots in a very special way.
